
President and CEO
Dylan Fast is known as an innovator and entrepreneur in the Manitoba business community. Aviation has been part of the Fast family for two generations and is a passion that inspires him to continually improve the experience of Fast Air. Beginning his career as a Commercial Pilot, it soon became apparent there was a need to establish an air service to suit the growing needs of the business community and government services of Manitoba and beyond. Dylan began a lean operation in 1995 and has successfully grown it to be the largest fleet of business aircraft in Manitoba with over 50 employees. Dylan continues to enjoy flying, leading in business and spending time with his family.

General Manager
Ray has worked in the aviation industry for more than 20 years. He began his career as a flight instructor and has extensive flight experience all across Canada. He joined Mission Aviation Fellowship as a pilot in 1991 and served in Uganda for five years flying throughout East Africa. Ray joined Fast Air in 1996 and flew for two years before moving back to Africa where he became the Managing Director for the Air Serv International base in Uganda. There, he was responsible for humanitarian flight operations and personally flew hundreds of relief missions. In 2004 he returned to Manitoba and assumed the position of General Manager at Fast Air. As General Manager Ray oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations and ensures that Fast Air's aviation services are of the highest possible quality.

Director of Maintenance
As Director of Maintenance Richard is responsible for ensuring Fast Air’s aircraft maintenance operations comply with Transport Canada regulations. Richard began his aviation career over 20 years ago as a graduate of Centennial College’s Maintenance Engineer Program. His broad work experience includes general aviation, helicopters and heavy jet commercial aircraft. Richard joined Fast Air in April of 2007 after nine years with Air Canada where he worked as an Endorsed Licensed Aircraft Technician. Known for his precision in aviation engineering and extensive hands-on experience, Richard leads Fast Air’s team of maintenance engineers in their pursuit of aviation excellence.

Operations Manager
Peter began his aviation career in 1998 as a bush pilot and gained extensive experience in Northern Manitoba and the Canadian Arctic. He began flying for Fast Air in 2000 and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2003. As Operations Manager, Peter is responsible for ensuring compliance with Transport Canada regulations as well as the supervision of flight operations and crew training. In March of 2007 Peter obtained Approved Check Pilot authority allowing him to conduct pilot training check rides on behalf of Transport Canada.

Finance Manager
As Finance Manager, Peggy is responsible for all aspects of the accounting and reporting systems for Fast Air. Along with ensuring that all internal and external accounting and taxation requirements are met; she also oversees the implementation and maintenance of the information technology needs of the company. After years of raising her family and working as a bookkeeper for several companies, Peggy upgraded her skills at CDI Business College, and joined Fast Air in 1998. Throughout the years, Peggy has been a part of the growth of Fast Air and has enjoyed the challenge of adapting the accounting and reporting systems to meet the needs of this dynamic company.
